from the race directors to our supporters
For Fall Frolic 2008, our tenth
anniversary, we plan to build on the momentum from last year
by redesigning our course route, adding professional chip
timing and preparing for an even greater number of
participants. Last year registration revenue and fundraising
by the students of The Montessori Academy covered all of the
expenses of the race itself, thus allowing 100% of our
sponsors’ contributions to go directly to the classroom at
the Center for the Homeless.
Our primary goal is to underwrite the classroom’s annual budget, relieving the Center for the Homeless of fundraising campaigns for the Montessori classroom. In reaching this goal, we ensure that this valuable resource will continue to serve our community’s most vulnerable children. Of course, to do this we need your supportive partnership!
We welcome you to visit the classroom at the Center and see for yourself how much the children are benefiting from a Montessori education. Any one of us would be happy to meet you there, answer any questions you may have, and show you around. We think you’ll be impressed at how exceptional and peaceful the classroom is! We thank you on behalf of all the children who have benefited from this program!
